It is confusing when that seller only has BIN but in his description

you can buy and bid with absolute confidence

  Placing a bid is a legally binding contract. Do not bid if you have no intention of buying.

  Placing a bid on one of our auctions constitutes that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.

A lesson to be learned to us all to take out any unwanted terms when listing.
