How long ago was the purchase (if you are a buyer)

How do you expect anyone here to know why you cannot leave feedback?
We need a few more details about the transaction before we can even guess why.
Have you run out of time.....you only have 60 days before the option disappears?
Was there a non paying dispute for the item which was closed with a strike being given to your account?

A couple of years ago or so I could not leave feedback because I had bought an item that I had previously bought and it had the same item number, so eBay said I had already left feedback. It was a different transaction, just a listing where many items are available. Obviously it shouldn't be like that because a new transaction is a new transaction.
I don't know if they have fixed it now,

Hello sinofam, im just wondering why, sometimes when purchasing from overseas and the estimated wait is 2 or 3 months. My option to leave feedback disappears in 3 or 4 weeks. This happens a lot. Currently im negotiating with a seller whos part didnt fit my motorcycle. Ordered/paid on the 26th Oct its now the 29 Nov and the option to leave feedback vanished last week sometime. Before I even received the item. Anyway Im hoping for a good outcome. Can the seller themselves pull the feedback page? Hope you can help me understand. Cheers
