why cant I leave negative feedback

I ordered a tempered glass screen protector from the supplier, when it arrived and was not as listed, thin plastic only, I messaged them and they responded that it was crushed up glass reformed into film which is a blatant lie. I responded accordingly and advised that I am leaving negative feedback, however the system comes up with a feedback error. Buyers are not allowed to leave neutral or negative feedback for a qualified seller within 7 days of the end of transaction (Trading.21916061), Sorry but this is Bull **bleep**, i have commuinicated with them and it is a fradulent transaction. I am not going to loose sleep over $4.49, but others have a right to know that they are not selling what they are advertising.

You can, but with Powersellers you need to wait 7 days.

This is designed so buyers give Powersellers an opportunity to rectify the situation.

Why don't you just open a case for INAD ?

The seller will need to send you a postage label for the return or refund without returning the item.

So leave a neg after 7 days........easy.

That is the eBay rule

All buyers have to wait 7 days before leaving a neg or neut for a power seller 

I hope you have opened an item not as described case in the meantime?

Are they by any change in China with very poor feedback?
