Stay in this thread ooak and you will learn all about us in time.
Agree with Linda, Richo is a fountain of information on a lot of subjects
I always check my dockets.........it is amazing the mistakes they make, I found the woolworths are the worst........never had a problem with Aldi over charging, infact never had any problems with Aldi at all...

yes gang thats the one woolies !! none stop almost every shop we do
todays one made me mad because they only do the difference (what you should have been charged in the first place) because the price is entered by the cashier on fruit and veg
you get it free if it comes up scaned wrong........ but whats the dam difference you have still been overcharged so it should be free also!
(blimey hope i have explained that plainly )
i think they do it because people just dont have time to make the trip back win for them a lot of the time
ANYWAY now i've had me tanty lol (promise i wont wing again next week when it happens again)
never heard of the vinegar in the washing i will be trying that for sure it does a lot of handy cleaning jobs

Well blow me down!
Ooak, I would have argued about the wrong price.
And come undone, in the long run.
Here is the policy and Woolies is the only signatory to the code

Ooaks--there you have it--our resident legal advisor is on the job.lol..
Will i use hot or cold water with the washing machine tune up?.
Im thinking to give it a go on -full water and no washing in the machine.
Give the water a chance to swish around and get into all the workings........................Richo/////.

Stawka its a dam rip off dont ya think a overcharge is a overcharge to my way of thinking !!!!!!!!!
im just a bit over it today poor hubby has enough to do without having to run back to the shops every week he does check the docket there most of the time but hes so frazzled from the shop that he often misses the error
hes zooming round with the vacuum and a duster at the moment

Richo -- Stawka is realy good at that reserch stuff i would not know where to start lol
i only know about the scan thing from being ripped of so many times had a few stand off"s over the years pistols at the ready haha
i think cold water should do the trick but i have never done it before so we might need a more informed opinion on that
