I doubt that he can appeal the decision seeing he did not oppose it in the first place.

I always thought that if you were convicted of a crime you could not profit from it in any way.   He was convicted of murdering his wife so no way should he have ever been considered a fit person to get any proceeds from her estate.

At least it will all go to benefit her children now.
