Of all the places to discover a new species of flower. I'm never going to live this down, especially after my previous discovery of a cordyceps that can infect mammals, Ophiocordyceps multilateralis.

The captions were inventive and funny. A quick few: I can’t believe I’m the only one to chortle over the rare fungus reference and the “made in China” reference, and lord oh lord, the dead letter department almost grabbed first place…

In particular, though, I almost choked on an apple while reading the plaintive request for dead Martha to prepare this week’s shopping list.
