Someone expressed interest in seeing my nephews house after we finished the reno.
Just a few finishing touches and garden to do. 
Rear of the house.
The garage was a 4 car garage so garage was cut in half and rear was made into another bedroom and ensuite for guests.
We demolished everything except the frame and slab then rebuilt.
Most of it done ourselves except the parts that needed tradies.

Young nephew has become very sensible in designs. His 5th reno now, I think.
This was a surprise for his young wife, she didn't see house for 8 months and thought we were just slow in repainting it, lol.
Little did she know.

Whats his plan with the landscaping?
Not sure, he changes his mind in the last moment.
I know there is a herb garden, a few citrus trees going in but the rest I think will be low maintenance.
Probably some native shrubs.
BTW youcan, had sashimi there tonight.
Freshly caught tuna by nephew off Port Arlington.
Meeting tonight with public servants...sigh..so dull..snoress!!
No sushi, no sashimi- I'm seriously jelly over here! fresh tuna, you say? Lucky, lucky you..
