Someone expressed interest in seeing my nephews house after we finished the reno.
Just a few finishing touches and garden to do. 
I think we started demolishing most of it in Nov last year.
Niece was very impressed but she suspected something more was going on when certain messages from suppliers being left.
Still she didn't expect a completely new house with all the mod cons.
Uhmmm, yyyeeesss, if you are within 100 klms of Melbourne.
But based on your posted pics I have a feeling you are just a little more remote ??????

He has done two as investments and three have been their own homes.
5 in about 5 years.
They have just moved into this one and sold the other.
And this one is 5 mins walk from the beach.
Niece is very happy living there.
This one was the hardest, most work.
I'm back to balloon animals for a while.
He called the house "Elsker" Danish for "To Love".
