It should count for everyone that is there to promote a product.  You may need a more direct sign for the religious knockers.  ie Religious knockers not welcome or no religious hawkers/Nop religious callers which ever works.

If you laminate it and stick it in a place where its clearly seen you are then within your rights to complain if they ignore the sign.
