Hi Deb and you are right - Prim and I always suffer sleep deprivation during Wimbledon.
Used to love going when I lived in London - only a couple of tube stops from where I lived early on - and no time differences to deal with lol
What a lazy day here - did nothing, achieved nothing, planned nothing but in my defence, it has been a hectic few weeks and it is not over yet.

Good morning on 'Stay in Bed Day'
....but I didn't this morning
(It is a fund raiser for the Australian Mitochondrial Disease Foundation)
No particular plans for the day but I am not complaining - it is looking like a nice day nonetheless
Enjoy yours!

TGSE..............how far do you ride when you go bike riding?....................I don't know why but I really struggle with it.
Today we rode about 8klm.............and about half way through I just ran out of omph...............I jsut could not peddle any harder.
And the bike seat hurts me................even with the new seat.
Does it get better................I am feeling a bit defeated by it all at the moment.
