Sorry guys. That's bad Kopes. Some found money would be nice.
I missed out as well. But I did find some money that belonged to
someone I know, that is no longer with us.
Will have to tell their family, I guess

I found $21.60 belonging to my great uncle....his 3 children are gone and I don't know his grandchildren so that is a windfall for the government.
Unless there is a lot of money involved it is often not cost effective to try and claim it. I tried to claim $400 odd belonging to my father's estate...by the time it had to go through the solicitors it actually cost me something like $100 to get it.

Dunno why you would need a solicitor, Lyndal.
Is it that hard to get your own money?
The money I found belonged to my grandkids' paternal grandfather.
I'll let them know. They are all adults, they can decide.

I found someone I wish I was related to
A person with my maiden name has several listings which add up to quite a substantial amount!

I found some, around $2000 but the hoops I have to jump through are making me thinnk twice about it, ok for men or single people, but when you change your name it makes it a costly exercise.
