I have never considered Cleo as a "source" but why not?
Couple of their quoted "misogynist" type companies are:

BNP Paribas "is a major player in the banking world."  But, but, but is from France, and not a major player here
CMC Markets "is a UK based financial derivatives dealer"

Imagine if a PM was paid according to performance, the bottom line, and "shareholder" satisfaction.
