the bottom layer is a cocoa cheesecake( chocolate cookie crust),then a white chocolate mousse covered with a dark chocolate ganache and cinnamon whipped cream. and a rasberry from my neighbor's vines,with mint leaves from my old work garden. 

the toile cookie is a rolled cinnamon flounce /lace,twice baked like biscotti is. ENJOY! 🙂
