Seller lists shipping option as "Express Post (courier)" - takes 7 business days to arrive?

Hi I recently brought an item from a seller listed as Adelaide, brought and paid am of 2/2/15.. Only shipping option offered is "Express Post (courier)". I purchase and then query 5 business days later where my item is. I am within Sydney NSW metro area. The response I got was that he allows 2 days for handling and then despatch. How on earth can this be considered "Express". Seller feels it is "right on time" that it took from 2/2 to 10/2 to arrive. Had Aust Post Express been offered I could have had it the next day, or at the most 2 days later.

Am I unjustified to expect that if you are offering an "Express" option that a buyer can expect same day despatch (obviously being reasonable ie items purchased after business hours would leave the following day)?
