i contacted seller who told me he shipped the lunchbox to ebay who then shipped it to me.it arrived crushed,it was in a filmsy box with not enough bubble wrap on it,i want to know who is going to replace it?
Did the item is come from the USA via the GSP?
If it is damaged just open a dispute in paypal and escalate to a claim as soon as you can. You will eventually get your money back.
