hello could someone please give me some advice on this ......i packed very carefully (box within a box etc.) and posted $150.00 item .....i also insured and and registered it......all went well and then heard from buyer fri. afternoon that it had arrived broken .....he now wants me to pay him $150.00 immediately ,.....he also seems to think this is mandatory .....i can't do that until i get to the p.o. on monday but he is reporting me to ebay anyway where does it stand please thank you barry
