Can I receive payouts to PayPal rather than bank account

I would like to change the payouts on my eBay account to PayPal.
They currently go to my bank account.
I can’t find an option to add PayPal.
Is this not possible as eBay only payout to bank accounts?

Paypal is no longer an option.
A bank account is the only option.
