I bought 3 items off ebay & one hasnt arrived. Due 23rd Dec 2016.i bought as guest & saying theres nothing on there. Paypal saying i dont have an account. But has been paid for. I have item number &receipt number. Can you please help

The due date is an ebay guess,inserted by ebay. It does not take into account things like Christmas

The seller you mention is in the USA, so customs delays and the global shipping service add to those delays

There is nothing for the completed listings for the past 12 months though

(not ebay here, just members like yourself)
