Buyer has purchased 7 items and paid full postage for all! Even though I clearly state, I will combine postage and please wait for final invoice. Would it perhaps be better to refund by EFT?
No, do not refund by any method except paypal if that is the way the buyer paid.
Just enter the amount you want to refund and paypal adds their fees to it....the buyer gets the full amount that you refund and you get your fees back on that amount.
