Information Update: Click and Send will be replaced with our new online sending solution for parcels
MyPost Business
As a valued Click and Send customer, we would like to inform you that Click and Send will be replaced with a new online sending solution for parcels.

Important Information

With our new online sending solution, you will be able to:
• Create, pay for and print shipping labels for your parcels
• Track the delivery of your parcels when the barcode is scannable
• Send tracking notifications to the person receiving the parcel
• Add and save addresses to send from or deliver to
• Edit or delete saved addresses
• View your order history
• Print tax invoices

You will still be able to use your existing Click and Send account while you familiarise yourself with our new solution. In 4 weeks, however, your Click and Send account will change to 'view only'. I haven't heard this but I'm not surprised.

I did an ebay survey a little while ago about click and send. Maybe alarm bells were ringing then.

That makes as much sense as the OP. Given that AP's systems are nothing to do with eBay, except for the eBay label subset.

What sinister relationship do you think exists between eBay survays and Australia Post C&S?

This is news to me. I use C&S just to post items in the 5KG grey satchels or the boxes not included in ebay's postage service ... So I hopped onto AusPost's Facebook page & sent them a message... this is my question & the reply

My question:  I've just read a thread on eBay community pages that Click and Send is closing down & customers will need to register with either eParcel or MyPost Business. Is this true?

Reply: There are plans to streamline our services and improve our usability for small businesses, but we have not received any formal information regarding Click and Send and MyPost Business at this stage. Any changes to our services are preceded well in advance by an email to our customers, so if you're registered with this service you will definitely be notified.

I'm a registered C&S user & have had no emails... Hope it's not a scam
