What is this in my selling reminders? $guidance$ for 1 listing.

At the bottom of  my Selling Reminders is an information tag with $guidance$ for 1 listing.  The 1 listing is highlighted but when I click on it, nothing happens.  Does anyone know what this is?????

Sorry ... I don't have an answer for you, but I have the exact same issue with my account, so thought bump this thread.

I first noticed it 2-3 days ago ... clicking the "1 listing" link just reloads the same page for me.

Possibly eBay is rolling out a new feature that isn't fully functional yet?
