Is there a time limit on giving a refund?

Today (21/11/23) I received a message from a buyer wanting a refund on an item not received that was paid for in January 2022. Is there a time limit between the purchase and a claim for item not received? Do I have to issue a refund?

At the bottom of my Selling Reminders is an information tag with $guidance$ for 1 listing. The 1 listing is highlighted but when I click on it, nothing happens. Does anyone know what this is?????

How can I get rid of Click & Collect on my listings?

I uploaded listings from Turbo-lister and they all have Click & Collect on them, which I do not want. Have edited pages but there is no option to turn off Click & Collect. How do I get rid of this or am I stuck with it?
