Feedback from buyers

Hi

After a transaction is finished I find that some buyers don't leave any feedback.  It means I don't know if the item got to the buyer in good condition and they are happy with it.  A seller can't insist that a buyer leave feedback but it's the only way that a seller (or buyer) can get a good reputation on eBay. I will send a polite reminder after about a week after the sale - is there anything else I can do?

There is nothing you can do, and in fact, I would not be sending them a reminder either. No news is good news. There have been cases where sellers who have asked for feedback, have received it, but not the kind they were hoping for. Considering the defects we can be hit with now, it is sometimes best to not get feedback, because even posive feedback can see you cop a defect behind the scenes, so to speak.
