You need to give us other members something to go on
Otherwise we are just guessing
Most importantly , are you really actually being charged $40?
How did you discover this?
Did you get an email, claiming to be from eBay you owe $40 for something?
If so, is it also in your eBay messages
It will tell you what the charge is for
Or was it a phising email? pretending you are being charged? (an email sent by a scammer, pretending to be eBay)
Are they fees for selling? you have $300 worth of sales from last month you need to pay fees for, did you have extras in the listings?
Was it $40 exactly, or $38 (if it was $38, that would be for two months worth of fees for signing up to Smartycashback at $19 per month

Perhaps it's escaped your notice, but these boards are set up to HELP members with their problems on eBay, not post irrelevant topics/content.
You'd be better served by using the Community Spirit boards to get your point of view across.

HEY!! Padi, don't direct him to Community Spirit.
He's already visited there to share his 'wisdom'
And Anthony.....there is no 'ignore button' on these boards.

I very rarely visit them now Stawks, but I was sure you might have ways to "temper" his behaviour. ๐
I seem to remember a poster doing very similar stuff years ago that got rightfully booted from the boards.
