ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!

this week alone, I have recieved SIX INR messages similar to this. Items sold throughout August and posted as large letters.

Has there been a problem with Australia Post in August?

Anyone else having this issue???

What's wrong with that?  I would say you have a considerate buyer who has waited a more than reasonable time for his item to arrive.

What has the return address got to do with it?   How does AP know it is missing until you starrt an enquiry about it?

Has the buyer asked at their post office to see if it is being held for collection?

Items that are not delivered are often not returned to the return address for who knows why.  Whats your point?

It didnt arrive... they are entitled to contact you and question where it is.

For some reason it seems that the mail is very slow maybe due to cut back at Aust post. What bugs me is that we are getting low rating points for postage which reflects on our service record and it should be made clear to EBay that it is not our fault.
