Hi there, hopefully somebody could answer a question if possible. Am I obliged to refund buyer? I sent a parcel to a buyer through Aust Post with tracking. AP website indicates the parcel was delivered but the buyer insists I refund as the parcel has not been received by her. She posted neg feedback after I emailed her advised AP states it was delivered (ebay has since removed neg feedback). What am I obliged to do? This is one reason I get nervous selling on ebay. THANKS in advance

Please look at the dates on threads before answering.
I doubt that the PO will do anything about a 6+year old problem.

Lyndal, if only the moderators had followed up with michelle-oz's commitment a few years ago to lock old threads this problem would not be arising.
Apart from the fact that many, if not most, of the bumped threads contain false, misleading or out of date information which appears to be in breach of their own guidelines/policies.

Might explain why she's no longer an eBay employee.
