You go girl.
As harley said, I have heard similar and I have also heard eBay having been contacted because many new ID's were opened but eBay eventually actioned to flag new accounts from I think their IP address or something that stopped them.

Thanks Harley, but that link is for ebay .com
But using that info, I found this on .com.au
http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/policies/multiple-accounts.html
What are the guidelines?
Allowed | Users may have multiple accounts on eBay. We understand that there are various reasons why someone would choose to have more than one account. |
Not allowed | Registering new accounts or using other existing accounts to avoid buying and selling restrictions or limits or other policy consequences. |

Did you have someone successfully do it?
Yep. Too dumb to change the address.
Why wouldn't you remember someone who gave you so much grief?
I think they buy on a mobile - they never answer messages
Is there a manual report button? Or do I have to ring?
The 'report a member' in Help and Contact' drop down doesn't cover it

Well, that's just terrific - not
The problem is, they haven't paid........yet again!!
11 unpaids previously - just from me
I've told them I want payment by the a.m or I'll cancel the order
They're on the BBL regardless - again.
Also told them it was policy violation -reportable - just to put the wind up 'em.
