I ENTERED THE PARTIAL REFUND AMOUNT AND HAVE CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS PROCESSED AND SENT TO THE BUYER. WHEN THEY DIDN'T SEE IT ON THEIR CREDIT CARD DETAILS THEY CONTACTED THEIR CREDIT PROVIDER TO CHECK ON IT AND THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP. ABOUT A WEEK LATER THEY TOOK FROM ME THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT MEANING THEY RECEIVED A FULL REFUND. WHEN I PUT MY CASE IN WITH EBAY AND PAYPAL, EBAY CLOSED THE CASE THE NEXT DAY WITH NO RESOLUTION OR EMAIL TO ME ABOUT THE DECISION AND PAYPAL ARE STILL LOOKING INTO IT - SINCE THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST. OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T MAKE NOTES OR SPEAK TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS AT PAYPAL AS THEY CALLED ME TODAY WANTING ME TO PAY THE ARREARS AMOUNT OF THE FULL REFUND.

Sounds like they did a credit card chargeback.
All caps is considered shouting. It also makes things difficult to read.
