Buyer buys item with buy it now, no,payment received, buyer won't communicate or answer emails, tried telephone the buyer, no answer, I have opened a dispute, ebay has sent the buyer reminder emails, this is a very expensive purchase

Still the buyer doesn't pay or answer emails
What do,I do now

Exactly 4-days after you have opened the unpaid item dispute close it.

The buyer gets a non-payment strike on their account and you get your FVF fees back.

Then you can relist the item and move on.

Make sure you have your automatic buyer blocks in place to block buyers who have 2 or more strikes in a 12-month period.

This will stop a lot of these kind of buyers from bidding or buying from you in future.

to open a dispute as Clarry says. Go to your sold folder in my ebay. click on the more options drop down menu on the right hand side, select resolve a problem and go from there.

I had assumed by what the OP said they already had a dispute opened, but maybe not.
