Exactly 4-days after you have opened the unpaid item dispute close it.
The buyer gets a non-payment strike on their account and you get your FVF fees back.
Then you can relist the item and move on.
Make sure you have your automatic buyer blocks in place to block buyers who have 2 or more strikes in a 12-month period.
This will stop a lot of these kind of buyers from bidding or buying from you in future.
