Hi, I have a question about the postage.

Can I give the postage discount after the item is sold?

How can I change the postage?

(I haven't received the payment yet.)

Sorry, I found the postage discount for a single item section.

If the buyer hasn't paid you can send an invoice and adjust the postage. In your Sold section to the right of the item click Send Invoice, edit the postage cost, click Preview to check the totals are correct and then click Send. Do not click Recalculate as that reverts to the original postage amount.
