Can't send invoice Ebay says buyers details are correct

I have just sold 3 items to one customer ,but when I try to send the invoice ith combined shipping I get a message from eBay saying that their email details are not correct so what's that matter don't the get notified via their message box? .the guy is overseas so sending a message to him in English may be useless .Any advise thanks

normally when you send a revised invoice the buyer doesn't actually get sent anything (Well not in my case anyway but that may just be my settings). All that happens is when they go to pay they will see the revised invoice that you have adjusted.
