Cancelling a sale and refunding a buyer

A buyer asked me to cancel and order.

I refunded him through Paypal.Before cancelling sale on Ebay.

Now when I tried to cancel sale on Ebay it wants to refund buyer.Thats been done already,

So how do I cancel without refunding buyer again

Go to HELP at top of page and do a 'live chat' with ebay - show them where you've refunded

That eBay thing is standard thing, assuming you haven't refunded the buyer, you can just do it, no duplicate refund will be provided.

I havent cancelled a sale for a while .And when then buyer asked for the refund I just did it with paypal.

Not thinking about Ebay cancellation.

Oh well I get in contact with them
