After 22years Ebay have given me a below standard rating on my main
selling account For the 1st time ever..They say I have until February 25
to improve or I will be cut back on more selling privalges,,How, am i
supposed to improve when they are alrea...
My bank account is used for deposits and refunds usually,Now Ebay asking
for a credit card to refund a buyer.I dont have credit or debit
card,just a bank card .Usually they are happy to take money from my
bank.Dont know what the problem is.
Unfortunatly had to cancel a sale and refund a buyer,My payment for sale
had not been sent out to my bank,presumed Ebay would refund buyer what
they had paid as Ebay still had all funds in hand.But No,,Ebay are
asking me to send another $27 dollars t...
My Buyer recieved a damaged by Post Item.I have asked them to return it
and I will refund.Sent him postage to do so.So do I send refund back to
Ebay so they can refund him with the fees charged.Not sure what to do as
its not going through Ebay.
I believed my metrics were very good,The account that has the below
standard is not this account,Which I hardly use.The Below standard
wnaring came as a shock.I had the cancel on 2 sales and one was a buyer
request.This seems to be the issue they are...
They haven"t sent me any payment as yet ,,They still have buyers payment
in their hot little hands.Why ask extra payment from me.Also I have only
had to cancel once,Years ago,,I was never asked for extra payment
before...I wish they were easier to co...
