My Buyer recieved a damaged by Post Item.I have asked them to return it
and I will refund.Sent him postage to do so.So do I send refund back to
Ebay so they can refund him with the fees charged.Not sure what to do as
its not going through Ebay.
I and my sister are thinking about starting a shop soon Ebay and
combining our listings.,,Obviously Ebay Are getting rid of their small
time sellers and only giving the shop sellers more exposure.Our sales

I need to refund part of an order for a buyer who decided they didnt
want part of the order. I dont mind doing this but when I try to cancel
and refund the one thing they dont want It comes up I have to refund all
the order.
Ebay,is adding it onto my fees,I thought i had to be earning at least
$75000 a year to pay and had to register,I cant see where i have been
charged before ,I havent sold much at all lately so Im not a big seller
