The last was late last year..To a NSW box number...That was tracked and
said deliverd.Girl said she didnt recieve the magazine.Even though
Tracking said deliverd..I tried to reason with Ebay but the girl
recieved her refund.
It was free postage and post cost $15.Si sent it cheaper..Footnote

I had this happen once in Belgium,,Parcel was at airport,Buyer went to
pick it up.They couldnt find it,,The buyer told Ebay He didnt recieve it
and he got a refund,2nd time it happened in Belgium..I dont post to
