Change order status after invoice has been sent from 'postage' to 'local pick up'

I've sold a laptop and have arranged to meet the buyer instead of posting it.  As I didn't have pick up as an option when bidding, I just put the postage price as $0 when sending the invoice.  He has since paid however Paypal have a hold on the funds until they can prove the item has been sent.

How do I go back and change the details of the sale to say it will be local pick up instead?

go into the sales record, change the postage and handling to local pickup and click save at the bottom of the page

you might also have to then go back to the sales record, uncheck the box that says the item was sent, save, reopen and mark as sent again to get it to update with paypal.

If that doesn't work, maybe call them.

OP is a 'sometimes seller' subject to the 21 day hold anyway.

OP when the buyer gives feedback, Paypal will release the funds - or in 21 days

Whichever comes first.
