I recently have been charged for the month of Septembner for insertion fess on 8 items .
On contacting Ebay and speaking to a supervisor re this I am advised I used all my listing for the month of August ( which I didn't) and ebay should have chagred these insertion fees in August but they didn't so they charged me when the item relisted in September.
DOes this make any sense to anyone? I certainly didn't use all my free listings and I advised them of that but they said that their technical team inviestgated and that this was the case.
This is not about the 8 x 20c fees but the prinicpal as I have a Feature store with 500 Free listings a onth.
Has anyone else been charged retrospecively like this?
