Re: Click And Collect

I would be a bit hard if the buyer isn't local.

Click & Collect lets buyers collect the items they've purchased on eBay from a Woolworths or BIG W store near them or from the seller's own retail store.

What you need to offer Click & Collect:
  1. Register your interest:
  2. Ensure your listings are ready:
    • Offer free postage with an eligible carrier service.
    • Have a fast handling time (we recommend three days or less).
    • Be in the habit of uploading tracking to eBay.
    • Meet certain size and weight requirements when posting.
    • Make sure you're not sending any age restricted or excluded goods.
How it works (once you're a participating seller):
  1. We'll automatically show Click & Collect as a delivery option on all your eligible listings.
  2. Buyers purchase your items as usual and select a store for collection.
    • When the buyer pays for the item, they'll pick a store where they'd like to collect their order, instead of their usual delivery address.
    • In the order details, the delivery address will be set to the Woolworths or BIG W store the buyer chose.
    • The second line of the address includes a unique identifying code which allows Woolworths/BIG W to process the package.
  3. You package and send the item as normal.
    • Make sure both the store address and unique identifying code are included when you print or write your label.
    • Normal carrier costs apply when you post the package.
    • Ensure you upload tracking to eBay.
  4. Once your item arrives at the store, we'll let the buyer know it's ready for collection.
