eBay has run a promotion since last May that gives a 10% rebate on Australia post Parcel post up to 500g. through their postage label system. Does anyone else have trouble to:
1: Identify this rebate on their invoice?
2: Actually receive this rebate?
3: Have contacted eBay about this and been shunted with irelevant info reply?
4: Ever tried to leave negative feedback for a buyer?
5; Pointed out to them the 2nd paragraph of the feedback forum that says that Buyers & SELLERS can leave positive, neutral or negative feedback?
I won't mention any of the many other problems I have encountered in their systems at this stage but I do think that they must support the seller more and be more honest to themselves.
