On the 2nd of June I accepted a return from an overseas customer who put in an SNAD dispute but did not comunicate any further other than to say she was returning it and to please refund her.
I am still awaiting its return.
My question is this - is there a time limit on getting items back?
In other words will the resolution time out after 30 days or whatever.
She has not included any tracking.

I had one Buyer say returning an item in January never sent the item back. Fine I thought nothing returned so no Defect, after over a month I checked my summary. Yes I have a defect for a returned item. Contacted customer service (Or lack of Service) and advised will dissappear as no trace of item being returned to me shown. Given up complaining about the defect after 7 "talks" to C S Experts!!!!!!!!!!!!! Defect still showing.

We had a INR case raised against us a little while back. It was for a non tracked large letter.
The buyer did not respond nor did they escalate the case. Perhaps the item turned up and they just never bothered to come back.
I got on the phone to ebay about it who said it should close after 30-days with no defect to us.
30-days came and went with nothing happening so I called ebay again.
They said they would pass it to their technical team as it should have closed.
About day #35 it closed and we got no defect for it.
