Feedback from Non active accounts should be removed.

Too often we have found that members who leave unfair negative comments, don't seem to use their account anymore after the ebay community has been made aware of the problem member.

These members just make new accounts and start fresh, while the innocent seller is stuck with a bad reputation for one year.

The seller is still stuck for the next 12 months with the damage this member has caused to their feedback profile, so we think the feedback should be removed in these cases.

eBay won't remove non active accounts. How could they then claim to have a gazillion users.

Feedback rules have recently changed. Have you checked to see whether any neg feedback is eligible for removal? You can now also report Buyers who habitually leave negs.

AJS, are you ever happy? Does anything nice ever happen to you? It's just I never ever see you write about any good stuff that happens,

I hope that good stuff happens to you as well.

No we are never happy about getting bad feedback. We are reasonably happy with most other things on ebay, but feedback needs more attention. It is very damaging for sellers and ebay needs to take more responsibility for it.

5 neutrals and 1 neg in 600+ transactions is not a bad result for somebody with that volume of sales.

Besides the current one you're whinging talking about is a neutral and the comments aren't really negative.
