Hi, we are trying to bulk edit all our listings, and to make it easier,
we need to see the custom labels. So we have included the customs label
column in the bulk editor, but the actual custom labels do not show up.
Anyone know why or how to fix this...
Due to the disappointment in ebay's lack of action against members who
leave negative comments, and then open up new accounts, we are taking
time off selling on ebay. At this stage we have not decided on if and
when we will return to selling on ebay....

Yes closed the case but feedback not removed. Also contacted ebay but
nothing done yet. The feedback has been there for a few days now, so
even though they have not paid, they can still harm a seller's
reputation.
No we are never happy about getting bad feedback. We are reasonably
happy with most other things on ebay, but feedback needs more attention.
It is very damaging for sellers and ebay needs to take more
responsibility for it.
