Due to the disappointment in ebay's lack of action against members who leave negative comments, and then open up new accounts, we are taking time off selling on ebay.
At this stage we have not decided on if and when we will return to selling on ebay.
Negative feedback is damaging to the reputation of a genuine business. Ebay needs to take it more seriously.
For sellers who deliberately do the wrong thing on ebay, they simply open up a new account when they get caught out.
We have built a reputable business over 10 years, and have worked too hard for it to just be so easy for a buyer to destroy our reputation without consequence.
