Free Listings Weren't Free :o (Store Insertion Fees)

I recently checked my current fees and discovered 8 GTC listings that ticked over on the 1st of March had been charged an insertion fee. All listings since then have not been charged, but I contacted CS to query it and they replied that 4 (o_O) listings were charged incorrectly and the issue has been escalated (I don't know what that means, due to the many threads where such replies have been given, I get this image of a post-it note stuck on an escalator step going round and round but not much else  ).

Anyway, mostly a heads-up for everyone just to check their recent charges in case the issue has affected anyone else.

Yes I have been charged insertion fees on a few of my accounts. I only use the free listings . They said it was a "glitch" and refunded them but if you don't check your invoices all the time you might be getting fleeced by ebay
