Got my first negative feedback

I received my first negative feedback today. I sold a laptop and the buyer complained that it was hot when charging and hence was defective. The laptop wasn't faulty, its meant to be like that, so it was really buyer's remorse. I accepted the return nonetheless since I don't have a choice and provided the return shipping label on the spot. I also called ebay on the same day the laptop was delivered back and asked them to issue a refund. They told me it would take up to 3-5 business days in processing time. However, ebay still hasn't issued a refund to the buyer and the buyer messaged me tonight, saying that I have both the laptop and his money now. He then left me the negative feedback. Would I be able to get the negative feedback removed?

I would think so. Are they late in processing the refund (or is it still within their 3-5 days processing time)? Have you told the buyer that it is eBay that has to process the refund?
