Did you open UPI dispute so you get your fees back, can relist and the buyer gets a strike against thier account ?
It is against eBay rules to name and shame so the details of your post will soon be removed.

Are the names correct, because I can't find them when I searched.
As already mentioned, you can't name and shame on the forums. The mods will remove the names.
