Has the non payment option been removed off ebay now? Ebay helping non paying buyers??

I have always been able to send a non payment reminder, and find nearly all pay after receiving this. Now I do not have the link at all. Instead I get this from ebay instead..

You can't cancel this order quite yet.The buyer has 8 days to pay for an order. If you haven't been paid by Dec 05, you can cancel this order. We'll send you a final value fee credit straight away, and you can relist the item.....

 Is this another of Ebays CRAZY ideas to help non paying bidders and hinder sellers yet again????

Not to my knowledge, I have just done two unpaids.

Each one allowed me to open them exactly 4 days after sale date then close 4 days later.

OK thanks. Maybe my 4 days was a few hour out so will try again tomorrow. Just never had that message before
