How do you do strike out price reduced save $xxxxx on the price?

I was looking at some items and noticed they had the price STRIKED out and then the new price with “save20%” or whatever underneath.  I thought it might automatically do it when you reduce a price but no.

You create a sales event under Manage Promotions and set a percentage off sale price which will then show that discount. I think listings have to be more than 7 days old or not been revised in that time frame to qualify.

I don't use but someone I know does it for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off giving a 20% discount.
