I got a customer who has purchased a phone worth AUD 860.00 in July 2015 which was shipped as normal.. 4 months he raised a case with PAYPAL.
I provided all details to PAYPAL with TRACKING NUMBER + ADDRESS + EBAY mail when the EParcel was created.

AUSPOST – DO NOT SHOW TRACKING MORE THAN 90 DAYS
EBAY – DO NOT ALLOW PRITING EPARCEL MORE THAN 90 DAYS

PAYPAL has charged my account because I could produce EPARCEL LABLES (the barcoded ones) , Thought I provided ebay email when label get created.

There is no trace of any records of delivery hence get your $$$ back.. WHAT A STUPID SYSTEM EBAY + PAYPAL + AUSPOST

The biggest issue is Customer Service + Supervisor "Angle"... ref # 1-58569658643
they are soooooo BAD they are keep pussing on Auspost and Auspost to Ebay.
Technically I am dealing with ebay and ebay systems to print lables.. hence they should be liable.
I REALLY NEED HELP WITH SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP ME TO FIX THIS ISSUE..

why didnt you insist that the buyer pay insurance on the shipping?
