How to change sent number of days

For many years I have set my handling days to next day for postage & have never had a problem, however I am having a couple of days in hospital, so want to increase handling to 3 or 4 days.  Sales are extremely slow atm so don't expect a great influx of sales until next month.  

Problem is I can't find out where to make the change.  Can someone point me in the right direction ?

Just ' revise ' your items.

Where it says post within - extend it - for the moment.

Just do a bulk edit found on your listing page under edit then select edit all listings. Once the page loads up select all listings then go to handling time and change the days.
