I need to sent separately and they paid combined.

I sent two invoices and the buyer paid with one payment so when I go to print the postage label it will only show a combined.

 

So how do I separate them so that I can send as two parcels please,(combined they are too heavy).

 

I tried Live Chat but was getting nowhere.

I have never had to use this option, but once you print the first label, you should have the option to print another label - i.e. you usually see two options, reprint label is to print out another of the same label, but 'Print another postage label' is to actually buy a new one for the same order. 🙂

Thanks,that's how I've done it and it's given me the same tracking number on both,(but a different one for each on my Postage Label

created Email.

 

So I'll see how they go.
